Florida the Sunshine State! What a wonderful place to be. Yes there are a lot of bank owned, short sale, and even regular listings on the market. However, we have seen a decline in available homes which means that people are buying and mortgages are being paid. If I were in the buyers shoes right now I would wait no longer! Take advantage of the wonderful buys right now before that house that you want is no longer available!
